By registering on the SITE / making an ORDER and filling in the personal data in the registration forms, the USERS / CUSTOMERS declare that they agree that all their personal data to be included in the database of the adde-shop.com and expressly and unequivocally agree that all their personal data to be stored and used for:
Informing Customers / Users about the status of their Account including validating, sending and invoicing Orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any kind related to an Order, goods and or services purchased. By registering on the SITE / making an ORDER and filling in the personal data in the registration forms, the User / Client declares that he expressly and unequivocally gives his consent that his personal data to be processed and used in the future by the administrators of the adde-shop.com for the following purposes:

Shipping and invoicing orders

1.4. What is the duration of storage of personal data:
Your personal data is kept for a maximum period of time that the law requires or that we need for the duration of our collaboration. Thus, the personal data of the Users / Clients requested when placing orders and drawing up invoices will be kept for 5 years, as required by law at this time. Email addresses and personal accounts will be kept as long as their deletion is not requested, but there are internal procedures that provide for the deletion of email addresses for inactive accounts and the cessation of newsletters sent to them in case of inactivity. Also, the data collected by cookies for customer profiling have maximum retention periods set contractually with each processor and will be deleted as soon as they are no longer used.

According to Law nr. 677/2001, Users / Clients benefit from the right to information (art. 12), access to data (art. 13), intervention (art. 14), opposition (art. 15), not to be subject to an individual decision (art. 17) and to appeal to justice (art. 18). At the same time, they have the right to oppose the processing of personal data that concerns you and to request the deletion of the data. The right of opposition – you can oppose the data processing that is based on our legitimate interest

The right to withdraw consent – a previously granted consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will have effects only for the future, the processing prior to the withdrawal remaining valid
Additional rights related to automatic decisions – you can request and obtain human intervention regarding the respective processing, you can express your own point of view regarding it and you can challenge the decision
The right to file a complaint – you can file a complaint about the way of processing your personal data with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing
