1. RETURN PROCEDURE

1.1.ADDE-SHOP guarantees compliance with all the provisions of O.G. 34/2014 regarding the right of customers to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance and the return of the products purchased online.
1.2.In case the Client / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must express his intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, a term that runs from the day following the day on which they received the package. The products are returned by courier.
1.3.In case the Client / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, the goods are returned and it is found that they meet the conditions of return, ADDE-SHOP will return their value within 14 days from the return of the goods, to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form. For reasons of transparency, ADDE-SHOP does not accept the return of money in cash, but only in a bank account.
1.4.In case the Client / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract for online purchases within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, the Client must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product.
1.5. The Seller may postpone the reimbursement of the amount until the receipt of the Goods sold.
1.6. The Client / Buyer who requests withdrawal from the Contract will bear the cost of the return of the goods, which is not borne by the Seller.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1. The products you return must be in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, undressed, without stains, traces of use or any damage. We cannot accept products on which unauthorised interventions have been performed or that have been damaged by you: traces of wear or use, scratches, chippings, bumps, mechanical/electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.
2.2. The return is made in the original packaging and all the documents with which the product was delivered. If the returned products were accompanied by any gifts, they must also be returned. For the return to be processed faster, the ideal is that the product is returned accompanied by the labels with which you received it.
2.3.If you have bought several products of the same kind and you want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
2.4.In the case of ADDE-SHOP products, the box in which they are delivered is considered to be the accessory of the main product, and the return of the product is made with a box.
2.5. Since the evaluation of the products sold on the www.adde-shop.com website in order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products can be done without damaging or diminishing their value, the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling will be imputed to the consumer in order to return the product to its previous state or to a state that allows its re-marketing, with a share between 0% and 50% of its purchase value.
Examples of such decreases in value are: textiles impregnated with odors, stained or peeled, leather products that show traces of use, as belts with traces of wearing. As we are sure that you also want to receive new products when purchasing online, please return them in the state in which you received them. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer must handle and inspect them in the same way that he would be allowed to do it in a real physical store.

3. GOODS / SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT ENSURED

3.1. The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
a. Service contracts, after the complete provision of services, if the execution began with the buyer’s prior express consent after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal after the complete execution of the Contract by the Seller;
b. Supply of Goods and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market that the Seller cannot control and that may take place during the withdrawal period;
c. Supply of Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized, such as bespoke products, made-to-measure or on which changes have been made according to customer specifications;
d. Supply of Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
is. Supply of sealed Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer;
f. Supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
g. Supply of consumables.
